✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited a man from the Ansar. When he approached his dwelling, he heard him talking inside. When he asked permission and entered, he saw no one. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: “I heard you talking to someone else.” He said: “O Messenger of Allah, I went inside feeling distressed because of what people were saying about my fever. Then a man came in to me, the likes of whom I have never seen after you, more noble in presence or better in speech.” He said: “That was Jibril. Indeed, among you there are men such that if one of them were to swear by Allah, He would honor his oath.”
