4897 4891 - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ:
نَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ. قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: فَقُلْتُ لِابْنِ طَاوُسٍ: مَا مَعْنَى لَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لَبَادٍ ؟ قَالَ: لَا يَكُونُ لَهُ سِمْسَارًا. وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ بِأَلْفَاظٍ مُخْتَلِفَةٍ
Translation

✧ Ma'mar narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas, from the Prophet ﷺ, similarly. Ma'mar said: I said to Ibn Tawus: What is the meaning of 'a settled person should not sell on behalf of a Bedouin'? He said: He should not be a broker for him. And we do not know this hadith being narrated from Ibn 'Abbas except through this route, and it has been narrated from the Prophet ﷺ through several routes with different wordings.
