حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، قَالَ: نَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَاشِيَةٍ، فَإِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبُهَا فَلْيُنَادِهِ، فَإِنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ فَلْيَحْلِبْ وَلْيَشْرَبْ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهَا أَحَدٌ فَلْيُنَادِ ثَلَاثًا فَإِنْ أَجَابَهُ وَإِلَّا فَلْيَحْلِبْ وَلْيَشْرَبْ وَلَا يَحْمِلْ

✧ When one of you comes upon livestock, if the owner is present, let him call out to him. If he gives permission, let him milk and drink. If no one is present, let him call out three times; if someone answers him, then no, otherwise let him milk and drink but not carry away.
