4529 4523 - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الثَّقَفِيُّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي صَفْوَانَ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو قُتَيْبَةَ، قَالَ:
نَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ. وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ إِلَّا سَمُرَةُ، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ إِلَّا أَبُو قُتَيْبَةَ
Translation

✧ Shu'bah narrated to us, from Husayn al-Mu'allim, from Ibn Buraydah, from Samurah, from the Prophet ﷺ something similar. And we do not know that anyone transmitted this hadith except Samurah, and we do not know that anyone transmitted it from Shu'bah except Abu Qutaybah.
