حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ وَيَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَعْقُوبَ، قَالَا: نَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ، قَالَ: أَنَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ -:

لَمَّا كَانَ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ فَأَتَى جِبْرِيلُ الصَّخْرَةَ الَّتِي بِبَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ فَوَضَعَ أُصْبُعَهُ فِيهَا فَخَرَقَهَا فَشَدَّ بِهَا الْبُرَاقَ

✧ On the night he was taken on the Night Journey, Jibril came to the rock at the Bayt al-Maqdis, placed his finger on it, pierced it, and tied al-Buraq to it.
