حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، قَالَ: نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ - يَعْنِي - ابْنَ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ ؓ قَالَ
رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ يُشْبِهُهُ، قَالَ: وَقَسَمَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ اثْنَا عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا، فَأَصَابَ أَبِي بَعِيرًا فَقُبِضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَمْ يُعْطِينَا، فَأَتَيْنَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَأَعْطَانَا
Translation

✧ I saw the Prophet ﷺ, and al-Hasan b. 'Ali resembled him. He said: And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ distributed among us twelve camels, and my father received a camel, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away before giving it to us. So we went to Abu Bakr, and he gave it to us.
