✧ "Whoever commits an offense, or shelters an offender, or claims descent from other than his father, or ascribes himself to other than his patrons, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Neither obligatory nor voluntary acts will be accepted from him." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "How will you be among a people whose covenants and trusts have become corrupted and who have become worthless?" He interlaced his fingers. They said: "What should we do, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Be patient. Treat people according to their character, but oppose them in their deeds."
