حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ طُعْمَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ؓ قَالَ:

قَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِهِ ضَحَايَا قَالَ: فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ بِعَتُودٍ جَذَعٍ فَجِئْتُ بِهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّهُ جَذَعٌ فَقَالَ: " ضَحِّ بِهِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ distributed sacrificial animals among his companions. He said: He sent me a young goat, and I brought it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, it is a young goat. He said: "Sacrifice it."
