حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
خَيْرُ النَّاسِ قَرْنِي ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ. وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ ذَكَرَ الثَّالِثَ أَمْ قَالَ: " وَيَنْشَأُ قَوْمٌ يَشْهَدُونَ وَلَا يُسْتَشْهَدُونَ يَفْشُو فِيهِمُ السِّمَنُ
Translation

✧ The best of people is my generation, then those who follow them. And Allah knows best whether he mentioned the third or said, 'Then a people will arise who testify though they are not asked to testify, and obesity will spread among them.'
