وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ؓ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ هَلْ أَوْصَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا قَالَ: قُلْتُ كَيْفَ كَتَبَ عَلَى النَّاسِ الْوَصِيَّةَ وَأُمِرُوا بِهَا وَلَمْ يُوصِ ؟ قَالَ: " أَوْصَى بِكِتَابِ اللهِ
Translation
