✧ The first hadith of Abu Musa

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، إِنَّ الْمَعْرُوفَ وَالْمُنْكَرَ لَخَلِيقَتَانِ تُنْصَبَانِ لِلنَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، فَأَمَّا الْمَعْرُوفُ فَيُقَرِّبُ أَصْحَابَهُ، وَأَمَّا الْمُنْكَرُ فَيَقُولُ لِأَصْحَابِهِ: إِلَيْكُمْ إِلَيْكُمْ

✧ "By Him in whose hand is my soul, good and evil are two creations that will be set up for people on the Day of Resurrection. As for good, it brings its companions near. As for evil, it says to its companions: 'Away with you, away with you!'"
