حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى ابْنِ أَخِي عُبَادَةَ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا يُكَفِّرُ اللهُ بِهِ الْخَطِيئَةَ، وَيَمْحُو بِهِ الذُّنُوبَ ؟ " قَالُوا: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " إِسْبَاغُ الْوُضُوءِ عِنْدَ الْمَكَارِهِ، وَكَثْرَةُ الْخُطَا إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَانْتِظَارُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ فَذَلِكَ الرِّبَاطُ فَذَلِكَ الرِّبَاطُ

Translation

✧ Shall I not guide you to that by which Allah expiates sins and erases transgressions? They said: Yes. He said: Performing ablution thoroughly in difficult circumstances, taking many steps to the mosques, and waiting for the next prayer after the prayer. That is the guarding of the frontier; that is the guarding of the frontier.
