وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ ؓ قَالَ:
" بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ، إِلَى الْيَمَنِ وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِمَّا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بَعْلًا الْعُشْرَ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالدَّوَالِي فَنِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
Translation
