✧ We came to Mu'adh b. Jabal and said: Narrate to us from the rare hadiths of the Messenger of God ﷺ. He said: I was riding behind the Messenger of God ﷺ on a donkey, and he said: "O Mu'adh." I said: At your service, O Messenger of God. He said: "Do you know what God's right upon His servants is?" I said: God and His Messenger know best. He said: "That they worship Him and associate nothing with Him." Then he said: "Do you know what the servants' right upon God is if they do that?" I said: God and His Messenger know best. He said: "The servants' right upon God, if they do that, is that He will not punish them."
