حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْيَسَرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْيَسَرِ ؓ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، دُلَّنِي عَلَى عَمَلٍ يُدْخِلُنِي الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ: " أَمْسِكْ هَذَا؛ وَأَشَارَ إِلَى لِسَانِهِ " فَأَعَادَهَا عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: ثَكِلَتْكَ أُمُّكَ، هَلْ يَكُبُّ النَّاسَ عَلَى مَنَاخِرِهِمْ فِي النَّارِ إِلَّا حَصَائِدُ أَلْسِنَتِهِمْ
Translation

✧ A man said: O Messenger of Allah, guide me to a deed that will admit me into Paradise. He said: “Hold this,” and he pointed to his tongue. The man repeated the question, and he said: “May your mother lose you! Do people plunge on their faces into the Fire except because of what their tongues reap?”
