وَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ الْحَرَّانِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قُدَامَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ صَيْفِيِّ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ، فَإِنَّ فِيهَا شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ " قَالُوا: وَمَا السَّامُ ؟ قَالَ: " الْمَوْتُ، عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْعَجْوَةِ فَإِنَّهَا دَوَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ سُمٍّ، عَلَيْكُمْ بِأَلْبَانِ الْإِبِلِ الْبَرِّيَّةِ فَإِنَّهَا دَوَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ

✧ "You should use the black seed, for in it there is healing for every disease except al-sām." They said: What is al-sām? He said: "Death. You should use the 'ajwa date, for it is a remedy for every poison. You should use the milk of wild camels, for it is a remedy for every disease."
