حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالَ: نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
كَانَ زَمِيلَيِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَلِيٌّ، وَأَبُو لُبَابَةَ، فَكَانَتْ إِذَا جَاءَتْ عُقْبَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَا: ارْكَبْ حَتَّى نَمْشِيَ، فَيَقُولَ: مَا أَنْتُمَا بِأَقْوَى مِنِّي، وَمَا أَنَا بِأَغْنَى عَنِ الْأَجْرِ مِنْكُمَا
Translation

✧ The Prophet's ﷺ two companions on a mount were Ali and Abu Lubabah. When the turn came for the Messenger of God ﷺ to walk, they would say: Ride, and we will walk. He would say: You two are not stronger than me, and I am not less in need of the reward than you two.
