حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الطَّوِيلُ التَّيْمِيُّ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو سُهَيْلِ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَظَرَ إِلَى الْعَبَّاسِ فَقَالَ: هَذَا عَمُّ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ أَجْوَدُ قُرَيْشٍ كَفًّا وَأَحْنَاهُ عَلَيْهَا ".
