machine translationSaʿd b. Ibrāhīm narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. ʿAmr b. Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd al-Saʿīdī narrated it from his father, from Saʿd b. Ibrāhīm b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. ʿAwf, from his father, from his grandfather. Shuʿbah and Zakariyyā b. Abī Zāʾidah differed from him, and narrated it from Saʿd b. Ibrāhīm, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Aʿraj, from Abū Hurayrah, and this is the correct (ṣawāb) version. It is also said: from Saʿd, from Abū Salamah, from Abū Hurayrah.
