أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثَنَا أَبِي، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَرِيزٍ قَالَ:
أَصَبْتُ ظَبْيًا، وَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ، فَأَتَيْتُ عُمَرَ ؓ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ: ائْتِ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ إِخْوَانِكَ فَلْيَحْكُمَا عَلَيْكَ، فَأَتَيْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ وَسَعْدًا ؓ فَحَكَمَا عَلَيَّ تَيْسًا أَعْفَرَ
