( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدَةُ، ثَنَا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَصَابَ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، فَقَالَ: يَنْحَرَانِ جَزُورًا بَيْنَهُمَا، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ
