( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ خُرَّزَاذَ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
مَنْ قَبَّلَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَلْيُهْرِقْ دَمًا
