وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَلَّامٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ: أَنَّ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَهُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:

رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْمُتَمَتِّعِ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدِ الْهَدْيَ وَلَمْ يَصُمْ حَتَّى فَاتَتْهُ أَيَّامُ الْعَشْرِ أَنْ يَصُومَ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ مَكَانَهَا
