أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ غُنَيْمَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ، فَقَالَ: قَدْ فَعَلْنَاهَا وَهَذَا يَوْمَئِذٍ كَافِرٌ بِالْعُرُشِ
