أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْعَقَبِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي بِهَمَذَانَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ:

أَنَّ النَّاسَ فِي أَوَّلِ الْحَجِّ كَانُوا يَتَبَايَعُونَ بِمِنًى وَعَرَفَةَ وَسُوقِ ذِي الْمَجَازِ وَمَوَاسِمِ الْحَجِّ، فَخَافُوا الْبَيْعَ وَهُمْ حُرُمٌ. فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ - تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى - لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ تَبْتَغُوا فَضْلا مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ فِي مَوَاسِمِ الْحَجِّ
