( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، وَغَيْرُهُمَا، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ:
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ خَثْعَمَ شَابَّةً قَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ أَدْرَكَتْهُ فَرِيضَةُ اللهِ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ فِي الْحَجِّ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَدَاءَهَا، فَيُجْزِئُ عَنِّي أَنْ أُؤَدِّيَهَا عَنْهُ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ

هو حديث يرويه الثوري والدراوردي ومحمد بن فليح والمغيرة بن عبد الرحمن عن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن عياش بن أبي ربيعة عن زيد بن علي بن الحسين عن أبيه عن عبيد الله بن أبي رافع عن علي وخالفهم إبراهيم بن إسماعيل بن مجمع فرواه عن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث فقال عن عبيد الله بن أبي رافع عن أبيه أبي رافع عن علي زاد فيه أبا رافع ووهم والقول قول الثوري ومن تابعه والله أعلم ورواه يحيى بن عبد الله بن سالم عن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث عن زيد بن علي عن أبيه عن علي ولم يذكر ابن أبي رافع والصواب ما ذكرنا من قول الثوري ومن تابعه
machine translationIt is a hadith narrated by al-Thawrī, al-Darāwardī, Muḥammad b. Fulayḥ and al-Mughīrah b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. al-Ḥārith b. ʿAyyāsh b. Abī Rabīʿah, from Zayd b. ʿAlī b. al-Ḥusayn, from his father, from ʿUbaydullāh b. Abī Rāfiʿ, from ʿAlī. Ibrāhīm b. Ismāʿīl b. Mujammiʿ differed from them, and narrated it from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. al-Ḥārith, saying: from ʿUbaydullāh b. Abī Rāfiʿ, from his father Abū Rāfiʿ, from ʿAlī. He added Abū Rāfiʿ in it and was mistaken. The correct statement is that of al-Thawrī and those who followed him, and God knows best. Yaḥyā b. ʿAbdullāh b. Sālim also narrated it from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. al-Ḥārith, from Zayd b. ʿAlī, from his father, from ʿAlī, and did not mention Ibn Abī Rāfiʿ. The correct version is what we mentioned from the statement of al-Thawrī and those who followed him.
