أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا آدَمُ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِنَّا أُمَّةٌ أُمِّيَّةٌ لَا نَكْتُبُ وَلَا نَحْسُبُ، الشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا، وَهَكَذَا ": يَعْنِي ثَلَاثِينَ. ثُمَّ قَالَ: " وَهَكَذَا، وَهَكَذَا، وَهَكَذَا " وَضَمَّ إِبْهَامَهُ يَعْنِي: تِسْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ. يَقُولُ: مَرَّةً ثَلَاثِينَ، وَمَرَّةً تِسْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ
