( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبَانُ الْبَجَلِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ:

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ لِلشَّيْخِ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، وَنَهَى عَنْهَا الشَّابَّ وَقَالَ: " الشَّيْخُ يَمْلِكُ إِرْبَهُ، وَالشَّابُّ يَفْسُدُ صَوْمُهُ
