( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ الْوَالِبِيِّ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْمَاعُونِ، قَالَ: أَيْشِ يَقُولُونَ فِيهَا ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَقُولُونَ: مَا يَتَعَاطَى النَّاسُ بَيْنَهُمْ، قَالَ: مَا يَقُولُونَ شَيْئًا هُوَ الْمَالُ الَّذِي لَا يُعْطَى حَقُّهُ
