وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْآَدَمِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ: عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، ثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، ثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" زَكَاةُ الْفِطْرِ عَلَى الْحَاضِرِ وَالْبَادِي
