أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ، ( ح ): وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَهْضَمٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:
فَرَضَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ عَنِ الْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ، وَالذَّكَرِ وَالْأُنْثَى، وَالصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ. وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ بِأَدَاءِ زَكَاةِ الْفِطْرِ قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ.
