أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَابْنِ عُمَرَ:

فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَقْرِضُ فَيُنْفِقُ عَلَى ثَمَرَتِهِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: يَبْدَأُ بِمَا اسْتَقْرَضَ فَيَقْضِيهِ، وَيُزَكِّي مَا بَقِيَ، قَالَ: وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: يَقْضِي مَا أَنْفَقَ عَلَى الثَّمَرَةِ، ثُمَّ يُزَكِّي مَا بَقِيَ
