أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا: يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ: لَهُمْ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَعَبِيدِهِمْ وَدِيَارِهِمْ وَأَرْضِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهِ إِلَّا صَدَقَةٌ
