( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:
فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ أَوْ سُقِيَ بِالسَّيْلِ وَالْغَيْلِ وَالْبَعْلِ الْعُشْرَ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّوَاضِحِ فَنِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ
