وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ:
لَا صَدَقَةَ إِلَّا فِي نَخْلٍ أَوْ عِنَبٍ أَوْ حَبٍّ، وَلَيْسَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْخُضَرِ بَعْدُ وَالْفَوَاكِهِ كُلِّهَا صَدَقَةٌ
