وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْفَقِيهُ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ الْحَذَّاءُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَخْبَرَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ عَتَّابَ بْنَ أَسِيدٍ أَنْ يَخْرُصَ الْعِنَبَ كَمَا يَخْرُصُ النَّخْلَ، ثُمَّ تُؤَدَّى زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدَّى زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا، قَالَ: فَتِلْكَ سُنَّةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي النَّخْلِ وَالْعِنَبِ
