( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ:

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ الزَّكَاةِ، فَقَالَ: أَعْطِهَا أَنْتَ، فَقُلْتُ: أَلَمْ يَكُنِ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: ادْفَعْهَا إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ ؟ قَالَ: بَلَى، وَلَكِنِّي لَا أَرَى أَنْ تَدْفَعَهَا إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ.
