أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ بِنَيْسَابُورَ، وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:
ادْفَعُوا صَدَقَاتِ أَمْوَالِكُمْ إِلَى مَنْ وَلَّاهُ اللهُ أَمْرَكُمْ، فَمَنْ بَرَّ فَلِنَفْسِهِ، وَمَنْ أَثِمَ فَعَلَيْهَا
