( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عِنْدَ مِيَاهِهِمْ، أَوْ عِنْدَ أَفْنِيَتِهِمْ
