( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ:
أَوَّلُ مَنْ أَخَذَ مِنَ الْأَعْطِيَةِ الزَّكَاةَ مُعَاوِيَةُ
