( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلِ بْنِ خَلَفٍ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأُوَيْسِيُّ، قَالَ:
ذَكَرَ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ إِحْفَاءَ بَعْضِ النَّاسِ شَوَارِبَهُمْ، فَقَالَ مَالِكٌ: يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُضْرَبَ مَنْ صَنَعَ ذَلِكَ، فَلَيْسَ حَدِيثُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الْإِحْفَاءِ، وَلَكِنْ يُبْدِي حَرْفَ الشَّفَتَيْنِ وَالْفَمِ. قَالَ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ: حَلْقُ الشَّارِبِ بِدْعَةٌ ظَهَرَتْ فِي النَّاسِ
