وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْمُقْرِي ابْنُ الْحَمَّامِيِّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ:

صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ، فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ سَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ: سُنَّةٌ وَحَقٌّ، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: سُنَّةٌ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ: حَقٌّ
