( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ الثِّقَةُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ يَحْمِلُ بَيْنَ عَمُودَيْ سَرِيرٍ أُمَّهُ فَلَمْ يُفَارِقْهُ حَتَّى وَضَعَهُ
