وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الضَّبِّيُّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
سَافَرْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ، فَمَا رَأَيْتُهُ مَرَّ بِجِيفَةِ إِنْسَانٍ، إِلَّا أَمَرَ بِدَفْنِهِ لَا يَسْأَلُ: أَمُسْلِمٌ هُوَ أَمْ كَافِرٌ. ؟
