أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ:
مَا عَامٌ بِأَكْثَرَ مَطَرًا مِنْ عَامٍ، وَلَكِنَّ اللهَ يُحَوِّلُهُ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ
