( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، نَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ:

تَذَاكَرْنَا اللَّمْسَ، فَقَالَ أُنَاسٌ مِنَ الْمَوَالِي: لَيْسَ مِنَ الْجِمَاعِ. وَقَالَ أُنَاسٌ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ: هِيَ مِنَ الْجِمَاعِ. فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَقَالَ: مَعَ أَيِّهِمْ كُنْتَ ؟ قُلْتُ: مَعَ الْمَوَالِي. قَالَ: غُلِبَتِ الْمَوَالِي، إِنَّ اللَّمْسَ وَالْمُبَاشَرَةَ مِنَ الْجِمَاعِ، وَلَكِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُكَنِّي مَا شَاءَ بِمَا شَاءَ، وَقَوْلُ مَنْ يُوَافِقُ قَوْلُهُ ظَاهِرَ الْكِتَابِ أَوْلَى
