( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ:

وَقَدْ كَانَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَأَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يَكُونَانِ بِالشَّجَرَةِ عَلَى أَقَلَّ مِنْ سِتَّةِ أَمْيَالٍ فَيَشْهَدَانِ الْجُمُعَةَ وَيَدَعَانِهَا
