أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنْبَأَ سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ: الْمُسَافِرُ يُدْرِكُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَوْمِ يَعْنِي الْمُقِيمِينَ أَتُجْزِيهِ الرَّكْعَتَانِ أَوْ يُصَلِّي بِصَلَاتِهِمْ ؟ قَالَ: فَضَحِكَ وَقَالَ: يُصَلِّي بِصَلَاتِهِمْ
