( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِلَالِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشَرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولًا حَتَّى يَفُكَّ عَنْهُ الْعَدْلُ أَوْ يَنْفُقَهُ الْجَوْرُ "، قَالَ: فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: " يُوبِقَهُ الْجَوْرُ
