( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَنْبَأَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ سَكَنَ الْإِسْكَنْدَرِيَّةَ قَالَ:
خَرَجْتُ فِي سَفَرٍ وَمَعَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ: أُمَّنَا قَالَ: لَسْتُ بِفَاعِلٍ؛ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ أَمَّ النَّاسَ فَأَصَابَ الْوَقْتَ وَأَتَمَّ الصَّلَاةَ فَلَهُ وَلَهُمْ، وَمَنْ نَقَصَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَعَلَيْهِ وَلَا عَلَيْهِمْ
